- In the Agent WP, we’ve added support for line wrapping in the field for client profile attributes, if they are received from authorized channels: chat in the iOS/Android mobile application and web chat in the authorized zone of your website.
In the clientData JSON object, use the \n operator to add line breaks.
Bug Fixes
- We’ve fixed an error that caused the delivery of web push notifications to inactive agent devices in the mobile version of the Agent WP.
- We’ve fixed a bug that prevented deleting active thread tags in the mobile version of the Agent WP.
