We have fixed the following behavior:
- An issue in the interface occurred when an agent switched between active threads.
- An active thread did not display in the agent’s personal queue.
- A preview of the most recent message sent by an agent did not display in the thread in a personal queue.
- An agent’s status did not change immediately upon changing it.
