Bug Fixes
- Fixed an error in the agent’s automated workplace: when the client sent an emoji reaction to a message in the WhatsApp channel, the agent received an empty message. Reactions are not supported yet.
- Fixed an error of displaying the message history in the client and agent chats.
- Fixed an error in which some filters were reset when logging back in to the supervisor’s automated workplace.
- Fixed several errors in the operation of the email channel:
- The email channels were turned off in the outgoing message sending window;
- The supervisor could not always send outgoing messages to the email channel.
- Fixed minor issues in the supervisor’s and administrator’s automated workspace.
