  • We have fixed minor bugs related to launching the response templates window using a hotkey in the agent WP.
  • We have corrected the behavior that caused the text of a sent response template to remain in the message input field in the agent WP.
  • We have fixed the issue that caused assigned tags to not display in the chat history of a thread on the History tab in the supervisor WP.
