Now, in the message sending window, agents can use response templates: personal ones and templates from the directory.

Bug Fixes

  • Now the supervisor can send new messages by email if the client already has an active thread.
  • Now information about the file is displayed in the agent’s personal queue in the WhatsApp thread preview.
  • Updated the rules for checking the email address in the outgoing message sending window on the Email channel connection screen.
  • Fixed an error which blocked the delivery of some messages from the bot.
