Made it easier to create templates for WhatsApp:
- Implemented step-by-step creation of operator and user templates.
- Changed the logic of selecting the sender name. Now the template is registered for all channels associated with the WhatsApp business account.
- Added tips.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an error when starting the cascade stage due to an invalid phone number.
- Fixed an error with code 400 and 500 in the history method for a valid request.
