Updates

  • Now you can send outgoing messages to new clients in the following ways:
    • by email;
    • from the supervisor’s automated workplace;
    • by an external identifier in a web widget or in a mobile application.
  • Now agents can work with response templates in any status except Inactive using the Response templates tab in the agent’s profile.
  • Now the Messages and Download history reports contain the title text, message text, and signature text.
  • Optimized the Processing performance report.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an error in which messages from clients were sent to the agent when the channel was disconnected.
  • Fixed an error which caused the agent to see the wrong group of supervisors.
  • Fixed a quote status error that occurred when quoting a deleted message.
  • Fixed an error when deleting the quoted attachment.
  • Fixed an error which created two records in the database if the email address was specified in different registers.
  • Fixed an error when changing the email address field.
  • Fixed an error in the message about transferring to a skill or department.
  • Fixed an error in which the cursor moved to the end of a word or phrase when editing the user search field on the Users tab of the administrator’s automated workplace. 
  • Fixed an error which incorrectly displayed two supervisor ratings.
  • Now the client’s phone number is automatically updated on the latest request.
