Available for edna Chat Center version 6.5.0 and above.
- Log in to the administrator’s workplace.
- Open the Settings → Client notifications section.
- Click Add notification → Notification of the collection of personal data.
- Enter or edit the text and click Save.
- If you want to configure personal notifications, follow the Adding special client notifications for segments instruction and select the Notification of the collection of personal data notification type.
Clients are automatically notified that they consent to the processing of their personal data.
