Payment Cycle

See the scheme below for the details of the payment cycle as well as the processes that lead to suspension and blocking the use of edna services.

The funds are debited from your account when paying for licenses and performing paid services in the edna system.

  • If overdraft is enabled for you, the funds are debited from your balance even if it is negative. The overdraft amount is fixed, and it does not change as funds are debited for the license payment and consumption of edna services.
  • If overdraft is not enabled for you, the funds are debited from your balance. If it is negative, you cannot activate the license or use broadcasts.
  • The balance decreases as the resources of edna services are consumed.

Your balance is checked during the entire reporting period:

  • If the balance is greater than zero, you continue to have access to edna services.
  • If the balance is less than or close to zero, and overdraft is not enabled for you, access to edna services is suspended until the balance is replenished.

Overdraft:

  • If the overdraft has been exhausted, access to the services is suspended until the balance is replenished.
  • If the overdraft has not been yet exhausted, you continue to have access to edna services.

If there is a debt on your balance, the use of the resources of edna services might be suspended.

The payment of the entire amount of debt is verified within 60 days from the beginning of the suspension. If there still is a debt on your balance, you are blocked from accessing their edna dashboard.
