Approving/Declining Agent’s Profile Changes

Your agents might want to change their profile information, but the information seen to the clients (profile picture and status) needs your approval first. So, when an agent changes their profile picture or status, you receive a notification. To approve/decline a change request:

  1. In the supervisor WP, open the notifications tab by clicking the Bell  button.
  2. Click the required change request.



    The agent’s profile opens.
  3. In the agent’s profile, go to the Approvals tab.
  4. Review the change and click Approve or Reject
