In Analytics > Summary report, review and generate a detailed aggregated report on the paid messages. Dependng on the channel, the report will display different data: number of MAU/AMAU and conversations for WhatsApp, number of incoming and outgoing messages for Viber, subscription free and the number of outgoing messages for SMS, etc.
- In Analytics > Summary report, click the channel for which you want to see the report.
- Specify the reporting period. The current month and three previous months are available.
- Review the report data.
