New features
- We’ve changed the placement of agent identifiers (Agent id, Agent name, Supervisor id, Supervisor name, Department id, Department name) in the Messages report. Lines for messages sent by agents won’t have these identifiers now.
Bug fixes
- We’ve restored the correct display of tags assigned to threads with pinned messages in Agent WP.
- We’ve restored the correct processing of successive chat bot’s responses.
