You can see your profile settings in the agent card where you can select a profile picture, enter your contact details, review your manager details, etc.
You cannot change your name or alias by yourself (you need to ask your supervisor to do it), but you can request to change the profile picture and your status: both of them are visible to the clients. So, you need your supervisor’s approval to change them. However, your contact information is not visible to the clients, so you can change it in your profile at any time.
To change your profile information:
- Open the agent card by clicking your avatar in the top right corner of the page. Click Profile.
- In the picture field, select a new picture or click Edit to update the existing one.
- Click Save.
