Enabling Mandatory Tag Assignment for Agents

If you want agents to mandatory assign a tag to each thread before they can close it:

1. On the Settings tab of the admin WP, select Agent work place > Saved replies and tags.
2. Click the overflow menu in the page header.
3. Toggle on the Tag required switch.
   
   

Now agents must assign at least one thread to a thread before they can close it.
