Once you upload or update a list of clients and run a broadcast, the system sends you notifications on the status of these processes. You can review them on the Notifications page.
- In edna Pulse, go to Notifications.
- Click Filters and specify the filtering settings to only see what you need.
- Select the period for which you want to see the details. Today is set by default.
- In the list that displays, review the notifications.
For example, if you upload a list of clients, here you can see how many of them are actually uploaded, if any of them are updated, if all variables are accepted, etc. For a broadcast, you can see its status and download its message report, if necessary.
