Deleting Messages in Threads

To delete a message in a thread, follow these steps:

1. Open the History tab and select the required thread.
2. Point to the upper-right corner of the message you want to delete and click on the delete icon.
3. Confirm the deletion in the window that opens.

After that, the agent receives a notification about the deletion of the message in the thread.
