You can decide on the password policy for edna Chat Center users and request enforcing it. To do so, please contact the support team and specify the parameters of your password policy. The following parameters for passwords can be set:
- If it is case sensitive
- Min length
- Max length
- If numbers are required
- If letters are required
- If symbols are required
- What symbols and passwords are forbidden
