- Open your account in the Huawei Developer console. If you do not have an account, create it.
- Add a mobile app to the console using this instruction. In step 6 of the instruction (Enabling Required Services in AppGallery Connect), enable Push Kit for the app.
You can then review whether Push Kit is enabled as follows:
- Open AppGallery Connect.
- Go to My projects and select the required project. The Project Settings page opens.
- On the Manage APIs tab, find Push Kit in the list and make sure it is enabled (toggled on).
If several product flavors are used within an app, you need to register a separate app in the Huawei console for each of the names.
You need to download a separate agconnect-services.json file for each of the names and add it to the respective product flavor in the app project.
