Send Outgoing Messages

Outgoing messages are the messages that an agent can send to a client if they do not have an active thread.

There are the following types of outgoing messages:

  1. To an existing client via an inactive channel
  2. To a client’s email address. In this case, you need to specify the the email adress, the subject of the email, and the ID of the account from which the email will be sent.
