You can use hotkeys to make your work with threads easier and faster. To review and define them, in the agent card, select Hot keys.
Some of the hotkeys are predefined, so you cannot change them. However, you can select one of two combinations for sending the message/adding a line:
- Shift + Enter to send the message, Enter to add a new line in a message (set by default)
- Enter to send the message, Shift + Enter to add a new line in a message.
You can also see the available hotkeys in the chat area below the message input field:
