The License section of the Settings tab provides detailed information about the agent’s work license.
Possible parameters:
| Parameter | Description |
| License expiration date | The date of the last day of license validity. After the expiration date, a demo mode with two licenses is available. To extend the contract, contact your personal edna manager. |
| Number of licenses for agents | The total number of available licenses. |
| Number of free licenses for agents | The number of free licenses that agents can use. If the license has expired, this parameter is unavailable. |
| Mobile workplace | The option for agents that allows them to use a mobile workplace. It is displayed only if the option is included in the license. |
| Sending outgoing messages | The option for agents that allows them to send outgoing messages to existing clients. It is displayed only if the option is included in the license. |
| Sending messages to new clients | The option for agents that allows them to send outgoing messages to new clients. It is displayed only if the option is included in the license. |
