Feedback Report

Use Feedback report to review the feedback received from the clients via the Feedback form in an unauthorized web chat. This report is generated as a result of clients’ requests sent after hours. In the form, they specify their name, contact details, and their message. You then organize a customer service process outside of edna in the selected channel.
