A license provides the customer with the opportunity to use the services that the contractor provides with using the system.
A license for the system with the WhatsApp functionality is provided and paid by the customer for each account.
How to Review Licenses
You can review your licenses on the License tab in Profile > Company profile.
For each of the licenses, the following information is available:
- Name
- Status
- Validity period
- Available channels
- Active signatures for the channels
