Managing JIRA Settings

On the JIRA Settings page, you configure edna integration with JIRA 8.0. This integration automatically creates tickets when threads are closed and also provides the following options to:

  • select the ticket type;
  • assign the ticket the required status if the thread has some predefined characteristics (for example, a specific tag);
  • configure subjects of the tickets;
  • enable adding the client’s attributes (name, contact) to the ticket;
  • enable adding the client’s message history to the ticket;
  • select a list of tickets that are displayed in the client’s profile;
  • review a list of tickets in the client’s profile and switch from edna to JIRA to work on the tickets.
