You can add the Send Message button to your company’s page on Facebook. When a client clicks this button, it opens a conversation thread in the WhatsApp Business app. To do this, you need to first connect your WhatsApp Business API account to your Facebook page.
To connect your WhatsApp Business API account to your Facebook business Page:
- Navigate to your company’s Facebook business Page.
- Click Settings.
- In the column on the left-hand side, select WhatsApp.
- Select the country code and enter your WhatsApp number.
- Click Continue.
A notification will show that your request is pending. Click Cancel Request if you want to stop making the connection. - Tell your edna manager that you have sent the request to connect the phone number. We will accept the request and you will be able to place the click-to-WhatsApp button on your page.

Once your number is confirmed (as described in step 7), the WhatsApp button can be added to your Facebook business Page.
