New Features
- A new type of WA messages has been added — commerce messages (catalogs):
- Support for sending messages with attachments has been added to the API method for sending messages.
- Support for receiving messages with attachments has been added to the API method of receiving messages.
- You can see the information about the outgoing and incoming messages with attachments on the Analytics page. This information is also displayed in the message report that you can download on the Analytics page.
- For WhatsApp channels that are pending registration, a new Canceled status has been added. This status is displayed if the channel registration was denied.
Improvements
- We have accelerated the processing of broadcast statistics. It is now displayed on the Broadcasts page in real time.
- We have also optimized the generation of the message report: your work will not be limited in the system when you try to download a large message report. The report is generated in parallel with your work in the Platform. After the report is ready, you will receive a system notification.
