How to Configure Web Widget Settings

  1. Select the type of customer access to the web widget from the Access type drop-down list:
    • Authorized. For websites with the possibility of authorization.
    • Unauthorized. For websites with greeting forms where customers can enter their name, phone number, and email address.
You can’t edit the access type after you save the channel. To do this, delete the channel and create it again.
  1. Select the web widget version from the Widget version drop-down list.
  2. We recommend that you use the latest updated version.
  3. Select the web widget language from the Default language drop-down list: Russian or English.
  4. In the App_package field, specify the unique application name known to the customer and registered on the server.
  5. If necessary, enable the Widget is deployed on edna Chat Center server checkbox to place the web widget on the edna Chat Center server.
  6. In the Widget access URL field, specify the link that will be used to access the web widget if your edna Chat Center server is unavailable.
