Finishing | Displayed when the thread is waiting for a response from the customer and more than 80% of the thread completion timeout has passed. |
Typing | Displayed when the customer is typing a message in the thread. The indicator is supported for authorized and unauthorized web chat and for chat in a mobile application. |
Left the chat | Displayed when the customer logs out of their personal account on the website or mobile application. The indicator is only supported for an authorized web chat or a chat in a mobile application, it is not supported for an unauthorized web chat. You can also enable the operator.client-offline-timeout setting in the database or by contacting technical support at support@edna.io. This setting specifies the timeout, after which the Left the chat indicator will automatically be displayed. The timeout value is calculated based on the customer’s last activity data. The setting is supported for both authorized and unauthorized chat. |
