To monitor tags, go to the Monitoring tab, activate the New switch in the top-left corner and go to the Tags tab.
The Threads section displays cards with general indicators for the selected period:
| Indicator | Description |
| Completed threads | The total number of threads with CLOSED status. This includes both tagged and untagged threads. |
| Completed tagged threads | The total number of threads tagged with the CLOSED status. |
| Percentage of tagged threads | The total percentage of threads tagged with CLOSED status. |
To expand or collapse a section, click on its name. To change the order of the cards in the section, hold down the left mouse button and drag the card.
Tag usage statistics for the selected period are displayed in a table with the following columns:
| Column | Description |
| Tag | The name of the tag added in the administrator’s workplace. |
| Tagged threads | The total number of threads with CLOSED status for which the specified tag was added. |
