To open detailed information about the agent’s work license, go to the Settings → License section.
Possible parameters in the License section:
| Parameter | Description |
| License expiration date | The date of the last day of license validity. After the expiration date, a demo mode with two licenses is available. To extend the contract, contact your personal edna manager. |
| Number of licenses for agents | The total number of available licenses. |
| Number of free licenses for agents | The number of free licenses that agents can use. If the license has expired, this parameter is unavailable. |
| Mobile workplace | The option for agents that allows them to use a mobile workplace. It is displayed only if the option is included in the license. |
| Sending outgoing messages | The option for agents that allows them to send outgoing messages to existing customers. It is displayed only if the option is included in the license. |
| Sending messages to new clients | The option for agents that allows them to send outgoing messages to new customers. It is displayed only if the option is included in the license. |
| Storage capacity | The storage capacity provided by the tariff plan. To increase the available capacity, contact your personal edna manager. The parameter is only displayed if the storage capacity is limited. Read more about edna Chat Center storage. |
