Step 1. Connect a channel to send broadcasts
- Go to the Settings → Channels section of your personal edna Pulse account.
- Click Add channel and select the required channel: SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, Push.
- Depending on the selected channel, follow the instructions:
Once you have successfully registered with the provider, you will receive a notification that the channel is ready for use.
Step 2. Add an audience for broadcasts
- Go to the Audience section of your personal edna Pulse account.
- Click Add to database and select one of the following options:
- Add client. Read the instructions on how to add a client.
- Add list. Read the instructions on how to add a list of clients.
Step 3. Create and register a message template
- Go to the Settings → Templates section of your personal edna Pulse account.
- Click Add template and select the required channel: SMS, WhatsApp, Viber.
- Depending on the selected channel, follow the instructions for creating a template of the required type:
Operator templates created in edna Pulse should be registered with providers. Once registered, templates cannot be modified.
Step 4. Create a cascade to send messages sequentially
- Go to the Settings → Cascades section of your personal edna Pulse account.
- Learn how cascades work in edna Pulse.
- Follow the instructions to create a cascade.
Step 5. Create and send a broadcast
- Go to the Broadcasts section of your personal edna Pulse account.
- Follow the instructions to create and send a broadcast.
- If necessary, check the broadcast results.

- Go to the Analytics→ Messages section of your personal edna Pulse account.
