On the Dashboards >Tables and graphs tab, you select the period (and the segments and channels, if necessary) for which you want to review the data.
The following default tables and graphs are available:
- Threads created during the interval – Number of threads created within the selected period
- Threads closed during the interval – Number of threads closed within the selected period (that is, the status of the threads is Closed).
- Threads closed by agents closed during the interval – Number of threads closed by agents within the selected period.
- Threads closed by chatbots during the interval – Number of threads closed by chatbots within the selected period.
- Threads grouped by tags – Number of threads and their tags assigned by agents within the selected period.
- Closed threads grouped by rating – Number of each score the agents receive within the selected period.
