- On the Settings tab of the admin WP, go to Routing > Routing settings.
- Click New in the upper right corner of the Routing Settings page. Note the fields for the new route appear at the bottom of the list.
- Enter the name of the route. The name must be unique.
- From the Segments drop-down, select the segment to assign to the route.
You can only use a segment for a route once. So, for example, if you have 10 different segments, and 8 of them are already assigned to other routes, you will only have 2 segments left to choose from. - If necessary, add another segment to the route by clicking New .
- Add route points using the drop-downs in the Routing section. Click New for every new point.
We strongly recommend using Any agent as the last route point for any route.
- Save your changes.
Note if one of the users added as a route point was later deactivated (removed from the list of users), the logic is as follows:
• If they were the only user in the route point, a notification (User not found) will be displayed.
• If there was more than one user in the route point, both deactivated and active ones, only the active will be displayed in the route point.
• If they were the only user in the route point, a notification (User not found) will be displayed.
• If there was more than one user in the route point, both deactivated and active ones, only the active will be displayed in the route point.
