- Go to the Monitoring tab.
- Activate the New switch in the top-left corner to select a new interface version.
- Go to the appropriate tab: Agents, Channels or Tags.
- Select the time period for which you want to receive monitoring data from the drop-down list. Available options: Current day, 1 hour, 4 hours, 8 hours, 16 hours, 24 hours.
- Click Filter to adjust the filter settings.
- Click Select, select the agents, departments, or bots that you want to get data on, and click Show.
- Select the agent’s status from the drop-down list: Active, Inactive, Offline.
- Select the available channels from the drop-down list.
- Select the available tags from the drop-down list.
- Click Apply.
The specified filter settings apply to all tabs simultaneously: Agents, Channels, Tags. The filter settings are saved during the next authorization.
If necessary, click Update or select a time from the drop-down list on the right to automatically update the monitoring data according to the filter settings: every 5, 10 or 30 minutes, or every hour.
To cancel a specific filter setting, click Clear. To reset all settings, click Reset all.
