How to Configure Monitoring Filtering

  1. Go to the Monitoring tab.
  2. Activate the New switch in the top-left corner to select a new interface version.
  3. Go to the appropriate tab: Agents, Channels or Tags.
  4. Select the time period for which you want to receive monitoring data from the drop-down list. Available options: Current day, 1 hour, 4 hours, 8 hours, 16 hours, 24 hours.
  5. Click Filter to adjust the filter settings.
  6. Click Select, select the agents, departments, or bots that you want to get data on, and click Show.
  7. Select the agent’s status from the drop-down list: Active, Inactive, Offline.
  8. Select the available channels from the drop-down list.
  9. Select the available tags from the drop-down list.
  10. Click Apply.
The specified filter settings apply to all tabs simultaneously: Agents, Channels, Tags. The filter settings are saved during the next authorization.

If necessary, click Update or select a time from the drop-down list on the right to automatically update the monitoring data according to the filter settings: every 5, 10 or 30 minutes, or every hour.

To cancel a specific filter setting, click Clear. To reset all settings, click Reset all.
