The system logs bugs that occur in its work, and we recommend that you download the log and transfer it to the edna support team. To do this, open the agent card by clicking your avatar in the top right corner of the page and click Bug Log. The log is downloaded to your workstation in an archive containing extended information on the incident itself, environment, etc.
If you experience an issue in your work (for example, when the connection is lost), you receive a message from the system with further steps you can take.
