  • We have restored the functionality of sorting by the Started field on the History tab of the supervisor WP.
  • We have fixed the behavior that caused the Inactive (kicked out) status to de doubled in the Threads → Your agents widget on the Monitoring tab of the supervisor WP.
  • We have also fixed the issue based on which ogg files sent by clients did not play in the mobile version of the agent WP.
  • We have restored the functionality of the universal commands.
