To open the library of WhatsApp message template examples, go to the Settings → Templates → Template examples section of your edna Pulse personal account.
Template examples are only available for the WhatsApp channel. There are no templates in the library with files, images, videos or documents as headers.
Benefits of using template examples:
- Template examples contain the message text for effective customer response to the company’s offers.
- The template library contains examples of using interactive messages with buttons in the form of links and calls.
- Templates prepared according to the example are faster to successfully register on the operator’s side, which allows you to start sending broadcasts sooner.
How to Use Template Examples
- Go to the Settings → Templates → Template examples section of your edna Pulse personal account.
- If necessary, use the search or click Filters, select the industries and message subjects you need, and click Apply to open a library of matching templates.
- Select the appropriate template.
- If necessary, activate the Show example switch to display an example message in the preview mode.
- If necessary, change the template name.
- From the drop-down list, select the WhatsApp account you want to register the template with.
- If you selected a template with a link button and a call button, specify the link and add a phone number.
- Click Submit to register.
After that, check the status of the template in the general list. Registering a template usually takes a few minutes. Once registered, the template will be available for sending broadcasts.
