Specifying Broadcast Content

  1. Select the cascade based on which you want to launch the broadcast.
  2. Learn the rules of the selected cascade.
    For WhatsApp channels, consider the information about the daily channel limit.
  3. Configure the message that customers will receive as a result of the broadcast on one or more channels of the selected cascade:

How to Configure Messages for WhatsApp Channel

  1. Select the appropriate custom template from the drop-down list.
  2. If necessary, perform additional actions: specify the dynamic part of the link for the button or add an attachment for the header.
  3. If necessary, in the Test the broadcast field, enter the phone number registered in WhatsApp and click Send a test message to send the configured message to the specified number in WhatsApp.

How to Configure Messages for Viber Channel

  1. Select the No template option or one of the available free or custom templates from the drop-down list.
  2. If you’ve selected the No template option, select the message type and perform the required actions depending on the selected content type. More about Viber content types.
  3. If you’ve selected a free template, perform the required actions depending on the selected content type. More about Viber content types.
  4. If you’ve selected a custom template, change the message text and add the necessary variables to personalize the message.
  5. If necessary, in the Test the broadcast field, enter the phone number registered in Viber and click Send a test message to send the configured message to the specified number in Viber.

If the Track clicks on link buttons option is enabled, the link added for the button will be replaced individually for each recipient of the message to collect click statistics. Only the recipient’s first click on the link is counted, repeated clicks aren’t. The individual link is displayed in the message report. The link is valid for 30 days from the date the message was sent. After the expiration date, the statistics collection will stop.

How to Configure Messages for SMS Channel

  1. Select the No template option or one of the available operator, custom or free templates from the drop-down list.
  2. If you’ve selected the No template option, enter the message text and add the necessary variables to personalize the message.
The input field displays the number of characters in the message, including spaces, and the number of SMS messages. If the message contains variables, an approximate number is displayed.
