  • Active. The script is in progress.
  • Completed. The script is completed successfully, or after the timeout has expired.
  • Stopped. The script was manually stopped by the edna Pulse user.

The columns show the number of involved recipients from the script audience:

  • Started. The number of recipients for which the start condition has been triggered, and the script has been started.
  • Running. The number of recipients currently running through the script chain.
  • Completed. The number of recipients for whom the entire sequential chain of related steps has been completed, and the script has been successfully completed.

Actions With Scripts

To perform actions with the script, open the actions menu in its row. The actions available depend on the script status:

  • Starting, editing and deleting are only available for scripts in Draft status. Once run, the script changes to Active status.
It is not possible to recover a deleted script. Once deleted, the script will not appear in the list.
  • Stopping is only possible for scripts in Active state. Once stopped, the script will switch to Stopped status.
  • Cancellation is only possible for scripts in Scheduled status. After the launch has been cancelled, the script will switch to Stopped status.
It is not possible to restart the script when it is stopped and completed. To run the script again, copy it and save it under a different name.
  • Copying is available for scripts in all statuses. When copying, you should specify a new script name.
  • Viewing a script and view script settings are available for scripts in all statuses except Draft. Settings for scripts in any status are available in the Settings section of the script builder. Read more about script builder.
