Payment Cycle

The payment and billing cycle for organizations and sole traders:

Balance

A charge is made when the license is activated or extended, and when paid edna Pulse services are used.

  • If an overdraft is activated, the fee will be deducted from your balance, even if it is negative. The overdraft amount is fixed and doesn’t change while you are using edna Pulse services.
  • If an overdraft is activated, the fee will be deducted from the balance. If the balance is negative, license renewals and broadcasts will not be available.
  • The balance decreases as you use the edna Pulse services.

The balance is monitored throughout the reporting period:

  • If the balance is greater than zero, access to services continues.
  • If the balance is less than or equal to zero and the overdraft is not activated, access to services will be suspended until the balance is replenished.

Overdraft

  • If the overdraft is exhausted, access to services will be suspended until the balance is replenished.
  • If the overdraft is not exhausted, access to services will continue.
The full payment of the debt will be verified within 60 days of the start of the suspension. If there is a debt, access to the services will be suspended and your personal edna Pulse account will be unavailable.
