Operator Template Statistics

Only statistics for WhatsApp and Viber operator templates with Active, Paused, Rejected, or Disabled statuses are available.
These statistics are for reference only and are updated within an hour of message sending.

Template Results

The Template results section displays statistics for the selected period in the form of a table and a graph.

Table

The number and percentage of messages, as well as the dynamics of changes, if statistics are available for the previous period.

The dynamics show how much the number of messages has changed in percentage terms compared to the previous identical period.
  • Sent messages. The number of messages sent using the WhatsApp or Viber template.
  • Delivered messages. The number of messages delivered using the WhatsApp or Viber template.
  • Read messages. The number of messages read by the recipient using the WhatsApp or Viber template.
  • Total interactions. The total number of all types of interactions of recipients with a message sent using a WhatsApp template. Possible types are displayed in an additional table — Recipient interaction statistics.

Graph

Visual duplication of data from the table with messages and change dynamics.

In some cases, statistics may differ from the information in the final report due to minor differences in data processing.

Recipient Interaction Statistics

The Recipient interaction statistics table can display different types of recipient interactions with a WhatsApp template message, depending on the actions available in the template.

Total interactions

The total number of different types of interactions that recipients have with a message sent using the template.

Link button clicks

The number of clicks on the link button in the template. Only buttons for which the Track link button clicks option was enabled when added to the template are counted.

Only one unique link click is included in the statistics. For example, if the recipient clicks on the same link twice in one message, only the first click will be included in the statistics, i.e. one interaction. If the recipient clicks on two different links in one message, two interactions will be included.

Chat button clicks

The number of clicks on the quick reply button in the template.

Only one unique button click is included in the statistics. For example, if the recipient clicks the same button twice in one message, only the first click will be included in the statistics, i.e. one interaction. If they click two different buttons in one message, two interactions will be counted.

Quoted messages

The number of template messages quoted by the recipient.

All cases of message quoting are included in the statistics. For example, if a recipient quotes the same template message three times in a chat with a company, three interactions will be included in the statistics.

Features of Calculating Statistics

Template results (WhatsApp, Viber)

When calculating statistics using the 100% template, this refers to all messages sent. The other ratios are calculated based on messages sent. In this case:

  • Sent — only messages with the status Sent.
  • Delivered — only messages with the status Delivered.
  • Read — only messages with the status Read.

Example of change dynamics:

For example, if you sent 100 template messages in two weeks and 50 in the previous two weeks, the change dynamics will show a +50% increase.

Recipient Interaction Statistics (WhatsApp)

When calculating interaction statistics, 100% is the total number of all types of interactions between recipients and the WhatsApp template message. The remaining ratios are calculated based on the total number of interactions.

Example of change dynamics:

For example, if recipients clicked on the link button in the template message 70 times in two weeks, and 40 times in the previous two weeks, the change in dynamics will be +57%.
