The edna Pulse personal account sections for a user with limited access rights:
Section | Description |
Home | Displaying the following summary information: • balance status; • license information; • information about upcoming charges and debts; • information about recent broadcasts; • recent changes to channels and templates. Access to balance status, license and fee information depends on the terms of the contract or offer. |
Broadcasts | Creating, editing and viewing the results of broadcasts. The user can only access the broadcasts that they created, scheduled and sent in edna Pulse. The Broadcast initiator field can only display the login of another user if a user with standard access rights has scheduled or sent a newsletter based on a draft created by a user with limited access rights. |
Settings → Cascades | Creating cascades for sending broadcasts. |
Settings → Channels | Connecting channels for sending broadcasts: WhatsApp, Viber. |
Settings → Templates | Creating message templates: WhatsApp, Viber. |

The following messages are unavailable: • incoming messages; • messages sent via the API; • messages sent from edna Chat Center and the Jivo platform. The user can send a test message when creating a broadcast, but cannot access it in the report after sending. |
