Before you place your app in the markets, you need to fill in the user data collection statement. This data is then displayed on your app page.
edna push libraries collect client’s device identifiers that are required to ensure the safe and stable operation of the service. The data is not transferred to third parties and is not used for advertising purposes.
In all cases, the advertising identifier is not used.
Google Play
Android push library collects and passes to edna the following data:
- Push address
- Device identifier ANDROID_ID
- OS name
- OS version
- Language of the OS interface
- Time zone
- Device model
- Device name
- Version of the edna library
- Memory size
- Version of Google API
- Version of Google Play Services
- Name and version of the graphical shell (launcher)
- Status of notification display settings for the app
- Status of the power saving setting
All identifiers collected belong to the Device or other IDs section in the Play Market console.
App Store
iOS push library collects and passes to edna the following data:
- Push address
- Device identifier identifierForVendor
- OS name
- OS version
- Language of the OS interface
- Time zone
- Device model
- Device name
- Version of the edna library
- Memory size
- Status of notification display settings for the app
- Whether time sensitive notifications are allowed for the app
- Whether the app is included in the Notification Summary
