How to Manage Email Notification Recipients

  1. Go to the ProfileCompany profileNotifications section of your personal edna Pulse account.
  2. Open the category of email notifications with events for which you want to set up notification recipients:
Balance notifications

Minimum balance threshold reached

Email notifications are sent if:

  • The balance has fallen to or below the threshold value. The threshold value can be set when configuring the notification.
  • The balance in your edna Pulse personal account has become negative.
  • The overdraft amount has fallen to or below the threshold value.

Overdraft change notification

Email notifications are sent if the customer’s credit limit has been changed.


Payment reminder

Email notifications are sent to alert you of an upcoming debit from your balance.

License notifications

Balance top-up required to pay for license payment

Email notifications are sent if funds cannot be debited from the balance to pay for the license.


Activation, renewal, suspension, blocking of license

Email notifications are sent when a channel license has been activated, renewed, suspended, or blocked.

Channel notifications

Channel registration (WhatsApp, Viber)

Email notifications are sent if:

  • Channels have been submitted for registration, successfully or unsuccessfully registered.
  • Actions necessary for channel registration must be performed.

Violations, restrictions, or deactivation of WhatsApp Business account

Email notifications are sent if:
  • Violations have been detected in the operation of the WhatsApp business account.
  • The operation of the WhatsApp business account has been restricted.
  • The WhatsApp business account has been disabled.
  • The WhatsApp business account has been restored.

Change in channel quality, limit, or status (WhatsApp)

Email notifications are sent if the quality, daily limit, or status of the WhatsApp channel has been changed.

Template notifications

Template registration (WhatsAp, Viber)

Email notifications are sent if templates have been submitted for registration, successfully or unsuccessfully registered.


Template category change (WhatsApp)

Email notifications are sent if, during registration of a template, its category was changed during validation on the WhatsApp side.


Template deactivation and termination (WhatsApp)

Email notifications are sent if, due to complaints from recipients, the registered template has been disabled or suspended during the validation process on the WhatsApp side.

Personal account access notifications

Access to personal account

Email notifications are sent if access to your personal edna Pulse account has been blocked or restored.

  1. Click on the edit icon in the event line to change the list of email notification recipients.
  2. By default, all email notifications are sent to the owner of the edna Pulse personal account — the user whose email address is registered in the personal account. The owner’s email address cannot be removed from the list of recipients.
  3. Click Add recipient.
  4. Enter the recipient’s email address and click AddSave changes.
    You can add the email address of any recipient — there is no limit to the number of recipients.

How to Set up Email Notifications for Minimum Balance

  1. Go to the ProfileCompany ProfileNotifications section of your personal edna Pulse account.
  2. Open the Balance notifications category.
  3. In the Minimum balance threshold reached event line, click on the edit icon.
  4. Set the balance value at which you want to receive an email notification that your funds are running low.
  5. If necessary, activate the Send repeated notifications option to receive email notifications again when your balance falls below the set value.
  6. Specify how many times email notifications should be duplicated.
  7. Specify the interval between repeated email notifications.
  8. Click Save changes.
