Updates

  • Added the ability to run and schedule multiple scripts simultaneously in one WhatsApp account. You can now simultaneously run an unlimited number of scripts with the External trigger and Recipients with tags launch conditions, and only one script with the Incoming message received condition.
You no longer need to purchase separate licenses for WhatsApp accounts to run multiple scripts simultaneously.
  • Added an unsubscribe button to WhatsApp templates. Now, when creating new WhatsApp operator templates in the Service messages and Marketing messages categories, the unsubscribe button will be added by default in the fourth step. If a recipient clicks this button in the message, edna Pulse will assign them an unsubscribe flag for a specific WhatsApp channel.
The unsubscribe button helps manage the broadcast audience and reduces the risk of WhatsApp channel blocking. Recipients who unsubscribe from broadcasts in a channel will no longer receive messages from it, so they won’t complain about spam.
  • Added the ability to manage unsubscribes from broadcasts in a WhatsApp channel when editing the recipient’s card.
  • Added tips on available MAUs and used AMAUs for a WhatsApp channel to your edna Pulse account. Key changes:
    • Now, in the Profile → Company profile → Licenses section, the remaining MAUs from the package and used AMAUs are displayed for WhatsApp licenses.
    • Now, if you used AMAUs in the current month, in the Profile → Company profile → Payment → Balance replenishment section, when specifying fees for the next month, the Message routing services detail category for WhatsApp is displayed.
Monitoring MAUs and AMAUs in WhatsApp channels is now more convenient. Keep track of your usage and change your billing plan if necessary.
  • Added a new webhook request for a recipient clicking on a link button from a WhatsApp message. Now, if a recipient clicks on a link button in WhatsApp, edna Pulse will not only display the click in the message report, but will also send a webhook request to your server about this event. To receive such webhook requests, go to the Integration → Settings section in your edna Pulse account and specify the URL in the Webhook URL for tracking clicks on the WhatsApp link button setting.
Only for WhatsApp templates in which the Track link button clicks setting was enabled when adding buttons.
