Updates
- Added a new Analytics → Template statistics section. This section displays WhatsApp and Viber operator template statistics in the form of tables and graphs. Working with templates will now be more efficient. You will be able to identify high-quality templates, analyze how recipients interact with template messages, and observe the dynamics of changes.
Operator Template Statistics - Added a new Notifications tab to the Profile → Company profile section. This tab allows you to configure lists of email notification recipients, ensuring that different employees are informed about relevant events in a timely manner. For example, you can configure email notifications for marketers to be sent only about channel and template registrations, and for accountants to be sent only about invoice payments.
How to Manage Email Notification Recipients
Previously, only the owner of a personal edna Pulse account could receive email notifications. Now, each event has its own list of recipients that can be set up in the settings. You can add any number of email addresses — there is no limit.
- Added the ability to configure the Minimum balance threshold reached event in the Balance notifications category. Now, for this event, you can configure not only the list of email notification recipients but also the balance threshold, the number of messages, and the frequency with which notifications should be sent.
- Changed the way service prices are displayed. In the Analytics → Summary report and Profile → Company profile → Pricing sections, all prices will now be displayed including VAT.
- Added tips on using WhatsApp to your personal edna Pulse account. To maintain the quality of your WhatsApp channel and reduce the risk of being blocked, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the new tips for creating mailings and templates, as well as using WhatsApp.
