Agent Workplace
Fixes:
- Fixed an error in displaying the thread summary when transferring a thread to another agent. Now, when an agent receives a thread with a completed summary, the agent doesn’t need to refresh the page, the summary is displayed immediately.
- Fixed the logic of displaying the client’s environment in the thread. In active threads, the client’s environment is now only displayed at the beginning of the thread, rather than after each new message. In closed threads, the environment is still only displayed at the end of the thread.
- Fixed an error where outgoing messages using the WhatsApp template were not delivered.
Supervisor Workplace
Updates:
Made available the new interface of the Monitoring tab if in the database or by contacting technical support at support@edna.io the supervisor.see-only-own-unit.enabled setting is enabled. At the same time, data is available for monitoring only for agents from the authorized supervisor’s department. Read more about the monitoring features of the new interface.
Fixes:
- Fixed display of outgoing thread information. The reason for closing the thread is now displayed correctly.
- Fixed an error in the employee filter. When the
supervisor.see-only-own-unit.enabledsetting is enabled, only the authorized supervisor’s departments are now displayed in the filter. - Fixed the display of threads. When the
supervisor.see-only-own-unit.enabledsetting is enabled, supervisors have access to client threads assigned to agents in their department, even if the agents haven’t sent messages to them.
Now the client’s thread refers to the agent immediately after the appointment, rather than after the agent has sent at least one message to the thread assigned to it.
- Fixed an error that made it impossible to change the custom selection of agents in the employee filter when generating reports and sending notifications.
- Fixed an error where the supervisor’s avatar wasn’t displayed in the employee filter.
Administrator Workplace
Fixes:
Fixed the display of storage overflow notifications. The notification is now displayed correctly in the Settings → Storage section.

Updates:
The Hints method can now only be used after the license for the Prompter tool has been activated.
Fixes:
Fixed an error that caused the text in the web widget preview not to display when quoting a message with a red line.
