Updates
- Expanded the capabilities of the Settings → Integrations → AI assistant → Prompter tab. Now you can add and connect multiple prompters.
- Added the ability to associate a prompter with specific agents or departments.
- Added new fields when enabling the Summarizer and Prompter tools: Summarizer name and Prompter name. They indicate the internal unique names of the tools.

- Fixed a setting to allow the client to send messages when there are quick button replies.
- Fixed the operation of the All agents checkbox when configuring agent sessions in the Settings → Agent workspace → Sessions tab.

In the new interface of the Monitoring tab:
- Added a new Segments tab.
- Expanded the list of agent statuses when configuring filtering and added new filters: Segment and Skill.
- On the Agents tab:
- Added the ability to open the agent’s card.
- Added a column with the agent’s skills.
- Added a percentage timeline that is displayed after clicking on the agent’s status. It shows the time spent by the agent in different statuses for the selected period.
