Updates
Improved the password policy that can be configured in the database:
- Added the ability to set the password expiration date for authorization in edna Chat Center.
- Added additional protection when changing the password: re-entering the new password and comparing the new password with the previous one.
- Added the ability to limit the number of attempts to enter a wrong password and to block the user’s account if the set number of attempts is exceeded. Blocked users are now marked with a red exclamation mark in the Users tab of the administrator and supervisor workplaces.
Fixes
Fixed minor visual interface bugs, resulting in a consistent workplace header style for all three roles in edna Chat Center.
Agent Workplace
Updates
- Moved the prompter’s suggestions from the Response templates tab. There is now a new icon
below the message box that you can click to quickly start using prompter suggestions when editing threads. Suggestions can be collapsed and closed. - Improved the design of the notifications section.
Fixes
Fixed a bug with the display of the client’s avatar. When the client types a message, the client’s avatar is now displayed correctly.
Supervisor Workplace
Updates
- Changed the format of the agent’s net reaction time indicator in the Thread processing report. Now the indicator format is numeric.
- Improved the design of the notifications section.
Fixes
Fixed a bug that caused the Monitoring tab to be duplicated when switching to the Users tab.
Administrator Workplace
Updates
Added an icon 
to the header for opening the notifications section. Administrators can now receive notifications about the blocking of user accounts.
Fixes
Fixed incorrect time validation in the confirmation notification that the agent is working in the Settings → Client chat → Client notifications tab.
