Step 1. Specify Channel Settings
- Go to the Settings → Channels section in your personal edna Pulse account.
- Click Add channel and select Viber.
- Specify the following required parameters:
| Parameter | Description |
| Internal channel name | Specify the internal channel name. For example, “Viber for marketing”. It will be displayed in the channel list of your personal edna Pulse account. |
| Pricing for the channel | Select one of the available pricing options for the channel from the drop-down list. |
| Name in native language | Specify the company name in your native language. It is necessary to register a Viber business account. |
| Sender name | Specify your company name in Latin characters. It will be displayed to customers in the Viber business account. |
| Account type | Select the type of communication with customers. Available options: • One way: customers cannot respond to messages sent by the company. • Two way: Customers can respond to messages sent by the company. |
| Business launch date | Specify the date from which you want to start sending broadcasts via the Viber channel. |
- If necessary, in the Utility message sample field, add an example of a service message that you want to send via the Viber channel.
- Click Next.
Step 2. Specify Company Details
- Specify the following required parameters:
| Parameter | Description |
| Legal name | Specify the legal name of the company in Latin letters. |
| Business category | Select the appropriate type of business category from the drop-down list. |
| Country in which the business is registered | Select the country where the company is registered from the drop-down list. |
| Beneficial owner | Specify one or more owners of the company in Latin characters. |
| Destination countries | From the drop-down list, select the countries where you want to send broadcasts via the Viber channel. The maximum number of countries is 20. |
| Business description | Add a description of the company. It will be displayed in the company profile of the Viber business account. |
| Business address | Enter the address of the company. It will be displayed in the company profile of the Viber business account. |
- If necessary, specify the following optional parameters:
| Parameter | Description |
| Business phone number | Enter the mobile phone number of the company. It will be displayed in the company profile of the Viber business account. |
| Company website | Specify the official website of the company. It will be displayed in the company profile of the Viber business account. |
- Click Next.
Step 3. Add Logo and Warranty Letter
- Upload six files of the specified sizes with the company logo.
The format is PNG. - Complete and upload the warranty letter:
- Click Warranty letter example to download a sample warranty letter in DOCX format to your computer.
- Open the downloaded sample, fill out the warranty letter, and save it as a PDF.
The language of the warranty letter is English. - Click Upload PDF.
- Select and upload the completed warranty letter in PDF format.
- Click Submit.
After that, the channel will switch to the Under consideration status in edna Pulse.
Once the registration is complete, the channel will change to the Correct status in edna Pulse and will be ready to start sending broadcasts.
